2. Use of the Website

• Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in writing for each engagement.
• Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, all drafts and final files are delivered in standard industry formats.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are quoted before work begins. Payment terms are specified in proposals or invoices.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, rights to final, approved deliverables are assigned to the client as specified in the proposal or invoice.
• We may showcase work samples in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We will safeguard confidential information provided by clients and use it solely to perform the services.

7. Warranty & Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
